You agree to pay the fees, in the amount and billing frequency specified at checkout, in full prior to Luxe Media performing any obligations under the Agreement.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase or after the end of any trial period, if applicable. You authorize Luxe Media to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process subscription payments. You must provide accurate and complete billing information.
Your account and access to the Service may be suspended in the event of non-payment of subscription fees.
You represent and warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You must promptly update your account with any changes (e.g., new billing address, updated credit card information).
All parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), which may be monthly or annual depending on the plan selected.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel or Luxe Media cancels it.
If automatic billing fails, Luxe Media may issue an electronic invoice for manual payment within a specified deadline.
Luxe Media may offer a paid trial subscription (“Trial”). Unless you cancel before the end of the Trial, you will automatically be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout for the chosen plan.
If a Trial is offered, it will be explicitly stated at checkout. If not stated, the subscription is purchased without a Trial.
During a Trial, certain deliverables or features (e.g., source files or advanced reporting) may be unavailable. Please refer to our Pricing and FAQ pages for details.
Luxe Media reserves the right to modify or cancel the Trial at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review and monitor the Trial terms before acceptance.
Luxe Media may, at its discretion, modify Subscription fees. Any fee changes take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
We will provide reasonable prior notice of fee changes so you can cancel your Subscription before the new fees take effect. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current Billing Cycle.
Cancellation can be made through your online account management page or by contacting our customer success team.
For 1-on-1 plans, you must cancel at least one month before the end of the current cycle to avoid automatic renewal. Cancellation less than one month prior will result in a full charge for the next cycle.
All subscription payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, including unused time, failed campaigns, partial usage, trial periods, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
Bank and payment processing fees are also non-refundable.
Luxe Media provides subscription-based services, reserving dedicated team members to deliver campaigns and updates. Failure to use the Service does not entitle you to a refund.
